WORST customer service.
automated service won’t allow you to speak to an agent
NEVER showed up for appointment.
Called CS spoke on phone for 3 hours. Promised a supervisors would call back I stayed on hold anyway. They hung up on me no manager called back.
I’m loving back to Verizon.
Spent over 10 hours on this issue. They are horrendous
Unreliable intermittent internet constantly disconnects from devices; wireless connection is about 6 ft from router. False promises high prices for awful internet services. can destroy income if you are working remotely.
I'll say RCN is the best one, but they do not cover a lot of places in Waltham. They are fastest, you only need 500 speed for basic needs, even gaming for several people. If you want to buy 1G plan, you will need to buy better equipment, or your internet will have shocks and shut down for several minutes because its way too fast. Last summer we had comcast and it keeping having internet outages at 10pm-6am. So we switched to RCN, which did not give us headache like comcast.
