Terrible service. I called the company to ask if I could exchange my modem for a newer model. They said yes, just bring in the old modem for an exchange. I brought in the old modem and waited two hours to speak to a representative to exchange the modem. I then got home and had to call Technical Support for assistance. They couldn’t get the new modem to work and decided they need to send out a technician. That would take 3 days . On the day they were supposed to come to my house, I called to confirm and they said that the appointment was moved (not by me) to the next day. So I have to wait five days get get my Internet and tv service resumed. And I run a business from my home. Completely unacceptable!

I have lost complete faith in Spectrum. After 35 days, and speaking with over 18 different people my service is still not complete. This is for a business and took a loss due to this mishandling of services.

This service is too unreliable for me to work from home or access my home devices remotely. Service has an outage from 30 mins-2 hours about once a week all year so far, usually more. Plus the bill is more expensive than it was initially; don’t see why I’m paying more for worse service. Also I specifically had a problem with my router that wouldn’t allow log into it anymore and therefore manage my network settings. They sent me a replacement one that doesn't even have the capability to, and their website router management is godawful. Looking to switch ISPs at this point.
