My download and upload speeds are great, but the problem with it is that the service is inconsistent. My preference is a wired connection for streaming and the least delay possible to get the most out of my internet, but anytime it rains or my devices are wired, the speeds are so inconsistent and so is the uptime. Sometimes it just disconnects all together. When I called, they sent a technician. What he told me was that this new modem has a bug where it disconnects frequently and auto connects to the highest costing but fastest frequency. Why try to fix something when the older modems worked for the most part. Also why keep trying to push this modem when it has this known bug? Why do I need to jump through hoops to make my internet stay up for another 10 minutes till it disconnects and reconnects to a higher consting frequency, locking me out of the service I pay for?
