We have had service with TDS for a little over a year now. We have had so many problems. We have had someone either come out or fix the problem from the office around thirty times. Right now for the past three or four days the longest we have had the internet has been around two hours. My husband has been on the phone with customer service for the past three days. He has been scolded for restarting the modem. I guess they want it to be down when he calls, there is a customer service way to speak to a customer and there is a nasty attitude way to talk to a customer. My husband had been nice and I hear him apologizing that he doesn't mean to sound frustrated when we have every right to be. As of this morning when I left we did not have internet.
