I recently attempted to add to my account, and it was the worst experience I have had to date. First I was on the phone for almost two hours and when we thought we were finished, they couldn't complete the order. Called back the next day on the phone for another long period of time, got Parton what I wanted but when the technician came out everything was fine until I had to sign the agreement, the bill was $45 more than what was quoted on the phone and they didn't have all the equipment. I've decided to go with another company and remove my service. This was a very bad experience just trying to upgrade services. Shouldn't be that hard and misleading for consumers.
