This survey does not give the option of "My issues was not resolved." I had Spectrum new service installed in January 2026. I have had issues with the TV streaming over Xumo ever since. You've sent 2 technicians out and I have called almost twice a week for tech support. Nothing helps. Every time I turn on the TV, I have no signal to Xumo. Your telephone technicians are condescending at times when I explain that I have already taken the steps they ask. Over and over again. This streaming service is horrible and your tech support is inept. MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED 2 MONTHS LATER

We have been with Spectrum for about 5 years. Out bill started at $166.00 and it rose to $322.00. We have cable, 2 cable boxes and DVR on 1 box and a landline. We are retired, old & computer stupid. My husband called Spectrum and spoke to a Woman to see what we could do to lower our bill since we just can't afford it any longer. TV is our greatest internet. We have no premium channels. We do have Prime since I have Amazon. The woman let us know we had several premium stations we could stream for free and she was able to reduce our bill to $217.00. $100.00 helps us a lot. Why we did not call earlier due to health problems and we sure did not know it would be possible. We had to buy a Roku stick in order to stream. It has taken us a week to learn how to use and now have 3 of the free stations loaded and still struggling with Disney+ and Hulu. The instructions we have followed are hard for us to understand. Spectrum has not been able to help us on an AI connection.

Internet Spectrum speed is poor, you pay for high speed, but receive low speed. The process of cancellation is sad, if you cancel early before the cycle finishes they don’t refund your money. I cancelled the services 24 days in advance and I lost the money for these days which I didn’t use the service
