Keep upping the price. Sent me a faulty modem for upgraded service. Asked for a replacement but the agent didn't listen and sent a technician. I am now being charged $100 for that and customer service is giving me nothing but buts and I can't about removing the charge. Have been waiting 30 minutes to speak to a supervisor. Part of their game to rip off customers I guess.
Service technicians are wonderful phone operators are located in the Philippines so good luck with that. We’ve had intermittent wifi service issues for 2 months and I call every day Finally getting a bucket truck out here to check the lines!
