They are unwilling to fix mistakes that they make, refuse to take responsibility for their costly mistakes and I end up paying for it with cash money. Even when there’s supporting evidence that they caused the error., they still refuse to take responsibility. That’s just the customer service side of things. They are also a monopoly on the cable internet in central Maine if you want high speed access like this you need to be connected to spectrum. the tv and internet are constantly going out, or off the air, they always tell me to do this and that. people come out and all we ususally get is circles going round and round, horrible service and prices
