AT&T puede bajar la velocidad de los datos temporalmente si la red está ocupada. El servicio puede ser más lento, suspendido, cancelado o restringido por un uso inapropiado, uso anormal, interferencia con nuestra red o afectación a nuestra capacidad para brindar un servicio de calidad a los demás.
Worst customer service ever!!!! I needed services moved over to my new house they rescheduled me 3 times for errors they have done and they didn't end going again today because they sent out the wrong technician to get my services started absolutely ridiculous!!!! So I disconnected my services with them I won't ever recommend them to anyone
Tried their offer of one free month. It was not better...no faster, not cheaper than our current service. We cancelled but they continued to bill us for 5 months. Several hours on the phone with customer service, several calls...they kept telling us the issue was resolved, then we find out that they reported our "unpaid bills" to credit agencies. So we called again and they said that they can see that we were given wrong information on multiple occasions, but were unwilling to do anything about it...DO NOT USE ZIPLY
