Verizon’s excluded areas include some waterfront neighborhoods like Sheridan-Kalorama and Woodland-Normanstone Terrace as well as sections of Foggy Bottom, Park View, Shepherd Park, and Foxhall Village.

There are also hundreds of free public Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the city, making it easy to stay connected whether you’re catching some sunshine at the park or avoiding tourists at the local pub. They used to be oh, I've been with them for well over 15 years, but ever since they've merged the service is simply falling apart. Bad service, constant outages, always the threat of adding fees when things are wrong. This is just a badly run company at this point.

Internet speed isn’t what it’s advertised to be. Case in point I was sold on a plan to have download speed of 1000 MB when in reality I’m only getting download speed of up to 130 MB on a lucky day. Most of the time it’s below 50 MB.

Service often cuts out, and will be unavailable for hours with no warning or explanation. Customer service in person is pretty good, but abysmal to non-existent over the phone.

Comcast rarely has good customer service. Our internet is spotty. We have to keep it, though, because we can't use another cable company and don't want a landline.

I was at the Tyson’s corner location, I made an order for the iPhone imax. That was never delivered to me. Its been about 25 days talking to the tech supporters and customer service. No one has a clue how to slove this issue. After 5-6 calls and going to the location in Tyson’s and staying for 2-3 hours no one helped to solve this problem. This is the worst service ever!!
