Didn't get the deal. Customer service was poor. Asked for an explanation on the At&t fiber deal and told them I will think about the deal. The employee did not say Thank you for your time or ask if I had any further questions. Straight up hung up. Don't think I should be buying from At&t fiber with such terrible customer service.
The negative is U-verse TV goes out quite frequently. Internet works nicely. The cost is high for U-verse considering the useless channels that are offered. We watch maybe 10 channels out of 200. I want to be able to choose a bundle that suits our needs rather than what att decides to bundle for us to pay.
