Constant outages and high prices. Only getting moderate speed one to two weeks per month, and still having to pay full price for little to no service. Customer service phone line is only helpful 10% of the time, and you have to wait a very long time before you speak with someone about your issues. Phone line also suggests to visit their website for troubleshooting tips, but it is impossible to do so when the internet is not connected 90% of the time. Very disappointed in the service of this interned provider.
After 3 weeks of telling me that I had nothing to worry about and that my service would be installed on the date promised, my order was cancelled by them on the install date. No call, no knock on the door...they simply cancelled the order without telling me. It took me calling them to find out they decided they didn’t have any good lines and they wouldn’t provide service. After further discussion the rep tells me that the lines are there they just don’t know how to fix them, therefor they can’t provide the service. It’s probably better for me at this point.
