Xfinity has a firm grip on services in my area. Everytime I have to call about my internet service, it's been during the day, when the house is otherwise empty & I always get the runaround about what could be wrong. I've upped my mpbs, I've changed out my modem, restarted & unplugged everything under the sun, but ALWAYS have to resort to my phone's hotspot in a pinch. If I could switch I would, trust me!!
Xfinity made a mistake on my bill and I have to pay for it! NO FORGIVENESS...I'm having to pay a bill that's almost $2K when they made the mistake. If I wasn't locked in...I'd change providers in a heartbeat! LOOK ELSEWHERE
