Have DSL works fine when it works seems to have problem getting to the DSN server, starts at about 9:15 to 9:45 every night last till after midnight might get on the net a few times during that period generally only for a few minutes then it is gone again, the company sends a repair tech but usually during the times it is running fine he has changed out the modem put in new protector, new wire from the modem to the protector ,new jack, new drop and new Cable pair, also changed to a new port in the C.O. and changed my profile still does the same thing, I think the trouble is down stream from my C. O. but they would never admit it and always want to send a tech to the house, like I say works great when it works, tach is friendly and easy to work with.

I think that reliance is a very good deal and offers just what it says it does and don't change it around and have add one whenever they feel like it as other company's do, and end up screwing you for extra money to where you can't afford to pay for any of it. Reliance rocks!
