Managing a business where our technicians rely on internet for their appointments is almost impossible. Our Internet is down more than it is up. We have gone back to the old call in routine when they are done with each service call to get the info. on their next call. This is costing the company money and time. When talking to the customer service dept. I was told that we are in a high volume area and that they are working to upgrade their equipment, but there was no resolution date set. So until they get this resolved we loose out. Our clients can not schedule appointments on line, which increases their frustration as well.
