They have overcharged me many times and each time I have to call, which takes at least an hour of my day. I cancelled my service because I'm moving and told them I would like to discontinue as of June 1, 2022. I have received at least 5 robocalls telling me to return the equipment or I will be charged extra fees. Just today I was called by a customer service rep and she told me that I need to send in my equipment, and then demanded to know exactly when I would be returning the equipment and to where I would be returning the equipment. I told her to stop harassing me--my service is scheduled to end on June 1st, it's the 28th of May. How in the world can I use the service for the next 3 days if I return the equipment?Unbelievely poor service. I am extraordinarily disappointed and I will absolutely never do business with this company again--ever.

Internet was good and reliable... but insanely expensive. I don't use cable, at all. But it would cost me more to get an internet only package. They tacked on 2 premium movie channels without my consent, and I didn't notice for quite some time. When I did, I canceled them. They showed up on my next bill. So I canceled them again. They showed up on my next bill. I canceled them 4 times. They will refund none of that money, after hours of trying to get ahold of someone. Quick to shut off your service after a missed bill, but they do it before their office opens so you can't call and fix it for an hour. The only other company that has been this bad is the only other major provider in my area... Spectrum. This entire racket is a lose/lose for the consumer
