I was very frustrated trying to get my order satisfied after several days of being given the run around. AT&T Customer service has been awful for the last few months. Many customers are leaving and I don’t blame them.

Absolutely the worst wireless. Lost my number during Port for 3 weeks even though I had a working 14 pro max phone. No calls or texts for 3 weeks on the phone everyday for more tha 4 hours each time getting the run around. Blaming the last service company, then blaming Apple, then hanging up on me several times when they couldn’t figure out what happened. Several emails and weeks without a working phone and I’m still on hold waiting for answers. Worst decision I have ever made. At&T has the worst absolute worst customer service.

Worse service ever. I have called repeatedly for tech support to be put on hold for over an hour then the person I talk to doesn't even know how to help me. I keep losing my internet access and when it goes down so does my phone. Most of the time I don't even know my service is down. How do you call and complain if you don't have a working internet on phone. Do NOT use AT&T!

you wait hours at a branch for nothing...they make incessant mistakes then refuse to correct those mistakes

Virtually impossible to get an agent, billing is incorrect at least 6 times a year and you waste an hour or more on the phone and then agents switch you around like it is a game. You must speak computer to even get to a real person. Very frustrating!

Internet constantly cutting out and I me hour to hour always having to reboot. Small house, router in back room, my ring at front door and my nest always offline! I have expensive wifi extenders doesn’t matter when the service is constantly dropping… Horrible!
