Took over 10 visits for installation which was about 25 calls on my part. But it only works in the daytime! If I call at night to get it fixed, I’m at least 31st in line. Yup…let’s hurry up & pay so we can wait. I “could buy a more expensive plan to get better service for so much equipment” (a computer & cell phone??? Really?) but they can only fix it if I call in the evening so I guess Oll just speaker phone for an hour or two in my spare time

Not only am I constantly being kicked off my wifi, they refuse to honor my government connect all credits. So no Obama discount, not kickback from my cell phone errands and lousy service costing me a total of 60-65$ month

i am pleased with the service tech. he is prompt and courteous. wish i had a faster internet, hate buffering. wish my bill was a little cheaper, i rarely use my landline. thanks.
