My customer service experience with young man Katja ( i know I haven’t spelled his name right) was the most patient, professional customer service persons I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with!!!!! Then he transferred me to young lady whom I did not get her name, but the date was 5/2/2023 at 8:28 she as well was so very patient and helping me activate the modem and router .. so to say the least my experience with these 2 amazing patient, very professional employees was absolutely amazing!!
