I tried to sign-in to the 'google' account, but I don't have one, so couldn't respond to your note through that medium. Nonetheless, I do want to give Speed Net the requested feedback. Firstly, I am exceedingly happy to have Speednet/Speed Net, service! The service tech, Danny, arrived exactly as scheduled and I was truly amazed at how quickly I was 'on air'! He did a GREAT JOB! Then, a few weeks later, my service was interrupted: called Speednet, and guess who shows up? Danny! He got me 'back in the saddle', literally, within minutes! We chatted for a few minutes, then he was off to his next 'assignment'. What a wonderful experience! Speednet is great service and I'm looking forward to being with y'all till I'm 'called home'! Please 'Thank' Danny for me for his OUTSTANDING responses to my initial service, and the quick resolution of my subsequent interruption! One Happy Speednet Customer! Randy

I ordered the seld install unit and left by my widow upstares. I was getting about 75 MBps and did everything i was not able to since i am an elderly and also dont fee like getting up on a ladder i requested them to have someone come and install it in my roof. I had to wait about 2 weeks but my internet was working so it was not urgent. They guy came and installed it on top of a 2 story building. The speeds and latency have improved tremendously since then. I am just happy that i finally can stream without buffering.

Could be a long review, but to keep it to the point, had a lot of issues with the self install and called to get a tech to come to my house in the country. Took 2 tries, but my tech really put good work into getting the best signal he could in my area. He did the job right, and I have very usable internet after getting support. Been running pretty far out in the country and getting 80 down and 20 up, which is much better than I was thinking. A good review for the work they put into my service to get it right. I am very pleased.

If I could rate lower I would. Could not get a signal, so they sent a tech. Waited 5 weeks and he showed up in a car with a short ladder and said it won't work and left. They charged me for the tech visit when he showed up with no tools and did nothing! Awful experience all around.

The Service was prompt I received my modem in the mail and it was a simple plug and play I do want to upgrade to the outdoor antenna that they offer but so far it's better than the satellite I had for so many years.The only negative is they dont offer 24 hrs support but they said they are working on it.
