Could not ask for better customer service. Mark always goes above and beyond to assure. All is good. I love having their service and especially for rural areas.

Rick was an all around great guy! I had issues with service at first due to high ping while trying to game & he helped me and fixed my problem. Absolutely the best!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mark Vin and I must say, their service was outstanding. From the moment I contacted them I was impressed by their professionalism and eagerness to help. Mark Vin was incredibly knowledgeable and provided clear, concise answers to all my questions. He took the time to understand my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that my issues were resolved promptly. His patience and willingness to assist were truly commendable. What stood out most was his genuine care for customer satisfaction. He followed up to unsure everything was working perfectly. It rare to find such dedicated and helpful customer services these day. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the support I received from Mark Vin . He have set a High standard for customer service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly assistance.

Good service and better than anything else I've used. Never goes out when it rains like most do and if there's a problem they get you back up and running with in the day. Would recommend very nice to deal with.

The customer service and tech support Mark Vin provided was above and beyond. The service is amazing as well!! I used to only get 12 mbps with my old carrier with no way to upgrade and now I have 3x that speed and it's consistent. Anytime I had an issue, no matter how small, Mark was willing to help me over the phone and walk me through, step by step on how to resolve the problem. He's polite, patient, and friendly when speaking to me and it is a pleasure working with him.

Today, I contacted tech support and spoke to a very patient and knowledgeable gentleman named Jordan, who helped resolve all of my internet connection issues. He provided me with multiple options to troubleshoot the problem using either my iPhone or laptop. We discovered that the router needed to be rebooted, and there was nothing wrong with the service itself. Jordan also assisted me with another issue that was affecting my ability to send and receive texts and calls. I am always impressed with Speednet's service. We don't even have cable anymore and solely use the internet to watch TV. The internet speed and customer service are top-notch! Thank you very much, Jordan, and Speednet, for getting us back on track out here in "the sticks."

I tried to sign-in to the 'google' account, but I don't have one, so couldn't respond to your note through that medium. Nonetheless, I do want to give Speed Net the requested feedback. Firstly, I am exceedingly happy to have Speednet/Speed Net, service! The service tech, Danny, arrived exactly as scheduled and I was truly amazed at how quickly I was 'on air'! He did a GREAT JOB! Then, a few weeks later, my service was interrupted: called Speednet, and guess who shows up? Danny! He got me 'back in the saddle', literally, within minutes! We chatted for a few minutes, then he was off to his next 'assignment'. What a wonderful experience! Speednet is great service and I'm looking forward to being with y'all till I'm 'called home'! Please 'Thank' Danny for me for his OUTSTANDING responses to my initial service, and the quick resolution of my subsequent interruption! One Happy Speednet Customer! Randy
