Not very pleasant with this provider. They are not very well accommadation for the deaf. They are the ones that suggested us with internet assistance program that we are approved for where they do not currently accepting that program (they lied). They kept denying us there is bad connectivity internet due to access to our communication with video phone because we are deaf. Ripping us off with more money for the speed that is so bad for our access to communication when they offer the assistance internet program that they suggested I apply for one that is APPROVED and lied to us that they dont offer that program. Only one internet provider for this area with no alternative providers that are honest. WCTA isnt honest but to take advantage!!! its time for a new provider elsewhere when they arent available.. SHAME
