There are only 2 options in this area. Price is still too high but like any other cable service, they are all the same.

Service that meets my needs. Is never not available and rarely slows down is the experience we have. Very happy with service.

It's good, I don't have any complaints. I think we need to have unlimited data though, we stream everything so it makes it hard to stay under our limit. That is the worst part, going over data and paying a fee

They are available 24/7 and have always been able to solve whatever issue I've been having. My main complaint is the price keeps going up. Plus the local office is only open 1 1/2 days per week if I want to pay a bill or exchange equipment in person.

I have really had nothing to complain about. I have had them for about 30 years. I know some of my neighbors have left to go to cheaper providers, but I'm very satisfied.
