Had problem getting power to box. Called Technical support & they had someone at my house w/in 2 hrs.

It amazes me that anyone living in Northern New Mexico areas served by Kit Carson Coop fiber optic Internet would choose any other provider. Kit Carson Internet is fast, reliable and fairly priced with darn good service. I have used it since it became available in my area. I am a retired R&D engineer so am a tough customer to please for technology that is sub par. Kit Carson is top notch IMHO.
