Rock solid is a horrible company that is only here to line their own pockets. The internet speeds are archaic, but they still charge premium prices. Forget about customer service. When I call them I have to wait to get someone on the phone and then I have to go through their system reset. When that fails and I request a technician to respond or I request a bill adjustment, the phone call mysteriously drops or I get "Your plan says UP TO XX megabytes per second." This company is a joke and a rip off. I am surprised they are still in business considering how bad they are stealing from their customers. In some places Rock Solid is the only ISP in the area, the unfortunate thing is "They Know It" and they charge premium prices for substandard service. Avoid at all cost if you can. If you have no other choice like me, Good Luck.

By far one of the WORST companies out there. Customer service is a foreign concept to these people. I've called to complain about internet being down for 3 days, and requested they adjust my bill accordingly, and they just hung up on me. They want their money, but couldn't care less if you get the internet your paying for.

Rock solid is unreliable, every time we get storms in the area, we loose service. And it takes them nearly a week to get a tech out to service our area. It seems they cannot keep up with the demands of services.
