The guys who came out to connect my fiber optic cable made sure everything worked before they left, were courteous and fairly quick. (They get the 5 stars). I have not checked the speed at which my internet works yet. Prices are a little high, but it works.

We really like our provider. If we ever have a problem or question, they respond very quickly. As far as doing something better, the price is good but it would be wonderful if prices decreased.

We do not have other choices here, so it seems that Strata doesn't try to keep it's customers happy. Service is below minimum and internet speeds are extremely slow. I get speeds that are so slow and far below what they even state as the minimums! Even at my employer, it is extremely slow. They offer a single modem to use with their internet and even they say it is a very poor quality choice. There is always some kind of issue. I know we are in a rural area, but at least customer service should strive to be good, right?? Not really happy with our choice, but what can I do about it??
