Always so helpful, friendly, easy to understand, and worth every penny! Internet service is reliable and support is local and good above and beyond! Kyle in Support helped me track down an obscure issue that wound up not being Alyrica's fault but my satellite company's fault. Fantastic help!

Love the almost immediate response of Alyrica when things don't go quite right. They are upgrading my set up for free and no price hike.

Quinton, the tech, was an absolute joy. He was very knowledgeable about product, courteous and professional. He paid great attention to detail. We found the Alyrica team to be very customer oriented and courteous. We especially liked getting a person on the phone rather than an AI and the run around. Also the promptness of service. We are recommending Alyrica to all our neighbors.

OK folks don't get me wrong I am not one to post reviews however I was incredibly impressed by this young man with Alyrica he came right out fixed everything was pleasant to deal with Shan a true asset to your company

Great costumer service. Had to have my internet cable replaced. Service Tech named Josh came out and dug a fifty foot trench in a hard packed driveway, and buried conduit in the new trench. Then pulled new wire through conduit and hooked us up to the internet. Nice Young Man, hard worker.

This company is exceptionally phenomenal! The customer service is out of this world. We are so happy with the speed and reliability. Brandan answered all our questions and helped us set our appointment in a timely manner. John our technician was very professional and courteous. He made sure that everything was up and running before he left. I love that I can talk to an actual person when I need to.

Dante was the one that received my call and put things into play. He called a tech that was working on a another job many miles away. He called to give me approximate arrival time and he was on time. Josh wa polite and friendly and worked tirelessly until he found the problem out of our many hook ups. He fought off yellow jackets and climbed out a window and climbed up ladders and got the job done!! So impressed by this company! They are so well trained that they trouble shoot alone or with someone else to figure it out, and they always leave us with perfect connections. If I could rate them a 10 I would. Thanks to all your team and especially to Josh for yesterdays service.
