Customer service is good & installers & tech services are also. This ISP is SO MUCH BETTER than my previous ISP. I previously had Suddenlink which was horrible in most ways. I will do without before I ever have them again.

I have difficulty connecting to the internet on some days. It seems like it is spotty I'm areas of my home.

they are local and they take good care of their customers, if there is an issue they work with us to resolve it
