I had a major issue w spectrum I got cable removed in Jan 2024 and you can clearly see the bill drop and at some point they started charging me more again and after all that time canceled all the sudden they wanted to shut me off saying I had a past balance which is impossible bc i pay 100 every month on time and my bill is 87 so I should have credits anyway the ppl got the cable boxes so we just had internet well anyway they never canceled it correctly I've been on the phone several times w several ppl and I talked to Jamal from Ohio who understood but he needed to get me to someone today who could take care of what I needed Walter from Wisconsin could not seem to understand my frustration and gave no option to rectify the situation, Debra same thing as Walter, after Debra connected me to rose in Ohio who was able to empathize and use common sense to see the situation for what it was and how we were being treated unfairly she was able to helpme out in a timely manner restore service and more to help me. I'm very satisfied and appreciative for spectrum service representatives from Ohio they are kind and use wit to interact with customers!! Observation call spectrum and ask for Ohio representatives , thank Ohio spectrum service representatives for not only restoring my internet but my trust in spectrum again !!

THE worst TV & Internet service I have ever experienced! If you live anywhere in the Worcester area it's hard to find internet and cable service other then spectrum, UNFORTUNATELY. As hard as it is to find service, it's even easier to find bad service. Spectrum is just that.. They suck. Always an outage for tv. Especially on Sundays. Upgrade your internet spend more and get nothing. They won't respond or fix the issue. I cannot wait for Verizon fios in my area. Steer clear and go fios. What good is internet speed if you can't watch tv? Thanks for nothing spectrum.

Ethan K at this store was absolutely amazing. He had the answer to my questions. Was very patient with all customers. Very professional. I really enjoyed my experience. There is no doubt that if I have any issues regarding my phone/internet Ethan K will be my go to person.

Every time you turn around the internet is out for at least a full day. Absolutely ridiculous service. Some people work from home and rely upon their internet to make a living. Really disappointed with the service

Been trying to add husband's phone for over a week. Have talked to 5 different people and each one was not able to do it. Said they had a technical issue. They all said they would call me back. No one has. Shouldn't be that hard to add another phone. Not impressed at all.

With rates that are constantly being raised, constant service outages, customer support that can do nothing for you this has been the worst internet experience I've ever been provided. God do I miss Google Fiber so much. I cannot wait for Google to take over all these lesser internet providers. The fact that I am paying over double what Google offers for less than half the speed that Google offers truly gets my goat. And because of where I live I'm stuck with Spectrum, the red-headed stepchild of Internet
