Providence Residential Internet Coverage

Providence, one of the most densely populated cities in Rhode Island, relies on consistent internet coverage to serve its homes, businesses, and retail areas.

Fiber internet is available to those throughout Providence, with Verizon Fios providing service as far north as Charles and as far south as South Elmwood. The coverage map runs from Manton in the west to Blackstone in the east. Verizon's coverage map is nearly identical to that of Verizon Fios, providing additional high-speed options to customers in Wanskuck, Elmwood, Hartford, and Wayland.

Another major fiber internet provider in Providence is Lightower Fiber Networks, which brings coverage to all of the city.

With the exception of West End, Reservoir, Silverlake, and Hartford in the west and central parts of Providence, all of the city is covered by Level 3 Communications.
