Internet speed is trash, it always goes out. My wife is a full time student and has almost missed so many deadlines for assignments because this service is such garbage. I pay for the fiber 1 gig speed and have never even hit close to that. 10/10 do not recommend. I’m switching as soon as i find a service that is actually better.

HORRIBLE!!! Charged me with 8 months worth of late fees and I have only had service with them for 6 months. on top of bogus charges, they have no set up for payment option. basically if I didn't pay the whole charge I would continue to be charged even more. Customer service was absolutely nasty and treated me as if I were two. Canceling service and never looking back.
