Cable:

Cable provides internet speeds faster than DSL through the same cables used for cable TV.

Fiber:

Fiber relies on glass strands to relay digital code and is much faster than both DSL and cable.

Want to purchase the best plan but get rewarded with being throttled every few weeks ensuring horribly slow connection? THIS PROVIDER IS FOR YOU! This has to be the worst internet I've ever experienced. Pay for the best service and get 400KB/s. I will give credit where credit is due and compliment the two of the (probably) 15 representatives on their courtesy and willingness to help even after-hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND
