2 1/2 hours to schedule service on my business line. The only way I got a human was to go through sales. There, they respond immediately. They want your business but they don't want to fix it if there is problem. Also, the individual that I finally did speak to was not even understandable. I think I have a service call for Friday. Leaving my business without a phone for three days.

the worst customer service i have ever experienced. No internet several weeks. Tech scheduled to come out twice and stayed home from work to meet them and never showed up. Do NOT get CenturyLink

Extremely unresponsive. Customer service is a joke. They transfer you from person to person and force you to repeat steps forever. In the end, you still won't have service.

I've seen people complaing about the service and I always thought, we never have a problem, we'll we're learning about it now. Our service has been out over a week and a half a now and they have done nothing. We get text everyday saying it will be fixed that day by a certain time but it never is working. So tired of this company now. We only have 2 choices for internet so I guess I'll have to check with the other company.

They insist to send my refund to a lost card! They have horrible services in sheldon and take forever to pick up calls! Worst services ever!

I have been a customer for over 10 years. We have always paid on time. We asked for an upgrade with a pricing that matched other competing companies we couldn't get an appt for 3 months. Our time frame for when the technician would show up was 8am to 5pm! I requested the day off of work. At 3:51 pm I received the following text: Hello, your CenturyLink tech was unable to complete your installation because inside access is required. Please reply CHANGE to set up a new date and time or contact us NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE! I was home the entire day and never left. I called and they said they would page the technician and their supervisor......no one ever called back. I called again and all they would offer is to reschedule. Worst customer service I've ever had. I wasted a vacation day sitting at home waiting for no one to show up.

8 day wait for a tech to come fix the router after 3 hours on hold. An infuriating bureaucracy of phone trees and outsourced call centers. I hate this company. I switched to Xfinity and am so happy to have done so

My internet went out so I scheduled a tech. Their "system" system entered a bad address after my correct one was verified. I even got my confirmation email. To the day off of work only to receive anew email saying they canceled the repair ticket because the address was wrong. They messed it up! Then have an hour long phone call with Stephanie apologizing for their mess up but she says she has no way to contact the repairman and he was only 3 miles away. She claims to set a new appt for 2 days later. Yep no show again. Turn I talk to Irene. She says I'll call you back or my supervisor will call you within the hour. Nope! No call but I get a new email seeing a new appt for 5 now days! Sadly I've been a centurylink customer for many years but no more! I'm switching internet companies and will let everyone I can to never use centurylink.
