Spoke with Anthony today if all representatives was as cool and friendly as this guy things would go smooth for alot of people!!Had a issue he handled it quickly and with ease by far the best person I have ever dealt with since being a AT&T customer!!!

We was in Germantown Tennessee today getting my husbands phone fixed at Apple they sent us to AT&T for a sim but my husband was also locked out of his iCloud so Alissa came over to us and told us she would help with everything. She got the sim working and him back into his account with no problems. It was definitely nice to have someone take the time to help us after a crappy day

I have been very pleased with the lack of outages in my area. I have both an At&t along with Xfinity (purchased so we hopefully never loose internet). Many of my companies data backups run to my home. So internet for me is extremely vital.
