Our AT&T Internet Service would be great if we didn't have so many problems with it. Half the time our internet service doesn't work. We are always calling them and all they say is that they are working on it. They are always working on there internet services.

The fiber-optic wireless internet service is by far the worst I have ever had. It kicks me off all the time and freezes up more often then it lets me stream my TV programs. They brought me a Wi-Fi extender it might have helped a little bit but I would never recommend this service. It is awful don't waste your time.

We have been a Uverse customer for about 20 years. We did have many issues with billing, service provided and equipment the first couple of years we were with them. Once the reoccurring issues were resolved. I would say we haven't had too many problems. On average we have equipment issues about once a year. The billing isdues usually two to three times a years. Service interruptions happen once in a while. And customer service is usually in the range of poor to average. Occasionally their customer services has been excellent. Over all we would rate thr services providef at about a 6 to 7 out of ten.

I hate to say this but their Internet speed is awful. The speeds are slow and it buffers and the wireless light turns red quite a bit when in the middle of when I am trying to do things online. Do yourself a favor and think twice about choosing AT&T as your Internet provider. Unless you have LOTS of freetime.

I moved to the west bloomfield area in 2017 and have been here for over a year and aside from the terrible roads, i can say one of the other worst things is the internet service plans for the area. We were forced into getting AT&T for an introductory rate which increased by 25% after 1 year and still the speed for streaming is utterly horrible. I would advise against AT&T at all costs or at least make sure you get a ridiculous discount to sign up otherwise keep searching because you will be very unhappy with the decision.

They lie to me about the price and after I got the service I found the invoice higher than what they told me I tried to cancel the service they told me I have to pay whole year so I decided to stay the 12 month till the contract ends and after that they change the price on me even when they said your price never will change. Every one at the customer service says something different who I can trust

Every time I call to cancel a service I find out the next month that they are still charging me. I have to call 2 or 3 times to get a service canceled. I had various U-verse accounts with them and phone lines etc. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They say they will take care of your request and they don't. You spend at least 1 hr on the phone with customer service just to find out they didn't change or cancel your account.

I love the service though I only have one issue, that for some reason our data charges jump every now and then even though we don't use it. Otherwise I love the homebase, the fact that it is portable and can run so many devices and a phone at once without lagging.

I ordered internet feb or 2018, it is now april 18, estimated time of install is July 1 2018, they don't have the internal structure to provide fiber internet. they are just in the process of applying for permits, and have not done any of the internal engineering needed. Don't waste your time as I did waiting for a bloated bureaucratic luddite company.

This use to be a decent company. NO More. They offer expensive plans to rural towns and no service to persons outside city limits so even though your website says they serve 77964 with DSL you are incorrect. They only provide service to a very small part of 77964! Where AT&T use to be know for service, that is gone. Very bad company suggest no one thrust them or use their services. I indicated 1 star only because they won't take my review on this website if I don't indicate at least 1 star. My real review would be 1/2 star.

I have been with AT &T for as long as I can remember. Well over 20years.The prices for what you received back then were acceptable to service received. With the rise of the internet I feel that the level of getting what you pay for has gone way down. I have learned that you have to always be on your A game or you will end up paying for promises that cannot be delivered. I will keep them for now because there are not many options where I live. For the folks out there shopping around a word of caution... Do your research.

The services come and go. The services don't come with a strong connection. The connection is very weak. It depends on what part of the house your in as to how strong the signal is. Most of the time the signal isn't strong enough to even be able to get a connection. The price is high for the quality of the services that I get. I hope that your services are more consistent then the company I have is.

I’m a fan of good customer service. If you are also a fan, then shop elsewhere. From the get go (24 mos), I’ve had issues with installation, internet speed, billing, movie rentals and so on. The issues themselves have not been major, but trying to resolve the issues with AT&T agents on the phone have been horrific!! The other providers may not be any better, but I guarantee they cannot be worse!

My difficulties come with slower speeds/ buffering during my Netflix movies and the increase of prices even with my faithfulness. So, I am looking to make a change.

I had no internet service for 4 days this past November. They did not seem in a hurry to fix it. Talking to a friend who lives nearby, they had the same service interruption. Yet, AT&T made it seem like I was having some unique problem. They came and took away my router (which I had paid for), left a new router that they said was better, and now charge me every month for the rental. I have had another recent outage, for about 12 hours. I've called and asked for a bill credit for the outages I've had, which they said they would provide. None of my bills ever had a credit. Bold face lies from customer service.

Extreme DSL is fast as I could expect in a rural area. We run 5 phone, 3 Roku's, and 2 laptops with hardly ever having any lag. But, keep good financial records. There billing department records are awful. They had no record of my payments for 6 months causing service interruption

I am using the homebase, I love it.It runs all the devices I need, an xbox one, tablet, laptop, and two phones at once and could do more. Download speeds are a bit slow though, but with it being mobile I don't blame them. I love that it is portable on the battery so I can take it with me and always have internet when I go somewhere. Another plus is the phone jack, so I can have a portable phone jack and have a home phone. It isn't too costly either, definitely not as much as I would be paying for other internet for what it is.

ATT is the absolute worst company to get internet and tv. I recently moved and was told since my slow internet was going to get slower my bill would go down. When I got my bill it had gone up. I called and told it was because of the taxes even though I just moved across town and was still in the same county and city. I can't wait untill my contract is up.

I had AT and T for internet for about 2 years. I always loved there service. The speed of the internet was pretty decent. It was also easy to use for my 7 year old as far as connecting and logging in. The modem was very sleek and took up very minimal space so i was pleased with the service and the install.

Overall my satisfaction is 1 with AT&T. Even in the middle of the city i have at BEST 2 bars. Slow speed, slow downloads..Slow Everything. And the customer service is horrible. They will not have my continued use once my contract is up. I do not recommend this so called "service" to anyone. And I'm certified and have Degrees in the Tech field.

We switched to AT&T from Bright House due to poor hardware. Although AT&Ts hardware seems to be a little better, it still isn’t up to a standard that I think a major service provider should be at. Boxes need rebooting almost daily and wifi speeds are abhorrent at best. All of these companies roll out “updates” and new hardware but they should have gotten it right PRIOR to offering to the customer. If they had deadlines or setbacks they should find a new line of business.

AT&T - both DSL and Uverse - is the worst internet service I've seen! Constantly dropping signals. Constant interruptions. The service through my phone's hotspot is a thousand times more reliable. The guys that have come out to fix it were kind and professional. However, the product they have tried to fix (several times) is crap! ATT is good at only one thing - marketing. Everything else is clearly a low, low, low priority for them.

WORSE provider ever. My mom who is 90 has had to call regarding over billing every month for 6 months now. I am now handling it for her and have called 2 months in a row and still they will be get the bill down to what was sold to my Mom. They want to negotiate every time I call. I have refused to negotiate a different amount. They need to bill you the amount agreed upon at the time of sale. It's a rip off and no one in customer service knows how to work the "system" they have to make adjustment to you bill. It's a mess. Calling PUC and will probably end up getting an attorney.

I have nothing good to say about AT&T. There service is terrible. Constant dropped calls. I can remember the last time I had a call that didn’t drop or cut out. Called customer service. After an hour on the phone no resolution. Have been to two AT&T stores. Was told “yea we get a lot of complaints in your area. That’s just the way it is” why sell in the area if you don’t have service. My experience is They are more expensive than the competition and terrible service. Stay away from AT&T

Price is ok but after they get you signed up, difficult to get assistance on phone bc I can’t understand accent. I dread calling bc of this and the wait time but have a question so I’m procrastinating. The other problem even if I’m the only one using my computer / t.v. my internet moves at a snails pace - so, I dread using the computer or internet on my phone!!! Driving me crazy!!! Ugh!

Worst customer service ever!!! Were originally scheduled for an earlier date to install internet and phone service. When I called customer service they transferred me to 4 reps and said the supervisor would like me to know that she cannot assist me. Sad thing is we had an email showing that our original appointment was changed to a later date. They continued informing me that they cannot send anyone sooner. We setup service on a Thursday and had to wait 8 days for installation due to the fault of AT&T.

I've been in dispute with AT&T over my bill for at least 6 weeks now. Everytime I call to check on the status of the dispute no one has answers for me and tell me to call back in 7-10 business days. So fuaterating! I just want my money they owe me and never have to deal with AT&T again. I would never recommend them to anybody and they will never get my services ever again!!

Never go with AT&T. The worst customer service ever. We have a business account with AT&T, there was no Inet in our office for more than a week. We kept calling and trying to get our Inet fixes with AT&T, but the issue was never resolved. We spoke with 12 supervisors who promised to follow up on our issue and never did. We spoke with more than 20 representatives, all kept promising that technicians "are coming" and no technician showed up. We are changing our Internet provider. The nightmare with AT&T is finally over.

I have been trying to transfer my number to my son’s account for weeks. My number is on my sisters account and every time I call they tell me my sister released my number, but when my son try’s to add me, they say my sister hasn’t released my number. Every representative has a different story. I would like to get a different provider with better service people.

Only use for internet. Get charges for full cable package. Modem paid off along time ago. Was getting charged for that too. Speed not nearly as fast as claimed and paid for. Use their phone service to pay it never works, get charged to use customer service when computer system not working....... Not happy w/ them.

When service is working we can consistently get about 10% of the bandwidth our plan promises. Price was good for a year then literally doubled. Usually internet works but drops of 5 - 15 minutes not at all unheard of.

At&t provides internet service for our area. All other providers don't cover our town or they have a weak service strength. I don't think internet service should change by location. It's not fair to be charged more because you live in a small town. At&t provides phone service already so it shouldn't be that big of a dill to add internet services to it. When checking for service in our area the only quality service is at&t. Any other providers have low service ratings.

Att uverse customer for 5 years. 3 rating means it is satisfactory. Loses signal momentarily occasionally, system response is slow most of the time, prices are a little high, picture is good, service is fair, can only record 3 HD shows at a time. Internet speed in my area is slow, faster not available. Those are my major negatives, basically, a 3 out of 5. Fix the above problems and I would possibly rate it a 5 out o 5.

Had direct tv bundle with att and canceled direct tv after a few days. Direct TV canceled and waived the early termination fee. Since ATT is partnered with Direct TV, ATT still showed a balance for TV and suspended my account. Even though I paid my internet bill, ATT was never able to get the zero balance from Direct TV off my account so they say I still owe them. Even when I call customer service and get it processed for billing to transfer the zero balance from Direct TV to ATT they still show the balance and continue to suspend my account.

I wish I had read these reviews before signing a contract for internet with them. I was looking for a good price. DON'T FALL FOR IT. The absolute worse service I have ever seen. Took 5 calls and then the final one where I insisted on speaking with Manager. As a result on phone for 2 hours being passed around and lied to. Finally threatened legal action. Last manager I spoke with scheduled a service call...guess what it was never set up right the first time. It only took 3 months to get fixed. Oh and no I did not get any credit for the 3 months it wasn't working.

I 've been AT&T Uverse customer for 3 months and it is 3 months more than I should have been there. The most unreliable internet provider I've ever had. It's up an down all the time. Sometimes, it would surprise me working uninterrupted for a couple of days before going down again. There were 5 visits of technicians. I wonder why it took me so long to get the @#$% out of their "service". A real fake service provider. The worst part-they seem to have a monopoly for high-speed service in this area. So now I am back to the snail-rate provider. Rumor has it they too will be soon acquired by AT&T.

The service lasts for 30 seconds at a time then reboots. Router has been replaced and within a 3 weeks it's dead for the fourth time in a year and a half. Every time a technican come they replace one wire orr the router and say all better and within a week it starts cutting service once a day. Within 2 weeks it's every hour or so it goes out for at least 10 minutes and lasts for anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes for about 2 hours. Then it works for another 2 hours and repeats.

Starting October 2016 I have been charged an extra $10 for some sort of fee for my internet at first they told me it was a charge for my modem, but I own my modem. Then they told me it was a charge for some type of service for the internet to go to my modem. I am looking for a different internet provider.

I have had it with AT&T. All they ever say is sorry and give us more money. I bought out my cell phone contract, my iPad account, and that left only internet. My bill was over $300. I called, they said I owed for services, I said no, services paid off. They insisted I owed for services and round and round we go! I had to call them every month because of insecurities on my bill.

When Uverse is good - it's great. It's fast and generally dependable. But when it's bad - it's seriously awful. Trying to get service set up is really time consuming, and customer service is a NIGHTMARE - I've spent over 2 hours on the phone in one day for one issue. When they initially set up my service, they did not label the lines right and upon install of a neighbor's service, they unplugged mine and gave it to my neighbor! Leaving me with no internet for nearly a month with no reimbursement for the cost or prorated amount for not being able to use it. If they didn't have a monotony in my area, I would 100% switch to another company.

On a good day the service provided is only about 80% of the speed my plan is suppose to have. The wireless router/modem has a very weak signal. My computer is about 15 feet from the router and separated by one sheet rock wall and the signal strength is routinely at 30% of max. on my almost new laptop.

The connection reliability,wait there is no reliability. They didn't show up for a scheduled service call. I cannot use my internet connection to contact service. When I try to use the internet connection on my smart phone (through my cellular carrier) to contact AT&T DSL customer service or technical support I end up with a blank page. Why am I paying them for a service I'm not getting most of the time?

At&t internet service/Uverse has probably the worst customer service of any company I have ever been associated with! The last two times I lost internet service is took them over 3 days to schedule a service appointment. Each time I had to take off of work to fit into their service windows (8-12 noon or 1-5pm). Each time they missed/didn't show up for the service appointment with no follow up, phone call or effort to reschedule. Each time I had to call them and spend a half hour on the phone trying to reschedule another appointment. This last time it took 9 DAYS to fix the problem. I rely on home internet for work purposes...this is completely unacceptable! AT&T 's customer service is actually foreign call centers that don't care about the customer and don't have the authority to take care of the customer...as one call center employee said, 'sir, we're just a call center'! I will be switching my internet and direct tv as soon as my contract expires. Terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend AT&T to anyone!!

AT&T has even replaced the underground feed to my house but I cannot even upload small pdf files in a reasonable amount of time. on a great day I may get 2.5MB down and 0.5 MB... We have AT&T cell phone, cable and high speed internet. We have been loyal AT&T customers for 12 years(cell phone) and UVERSE 300 and high speed internet which needless to say was costing us a lot every month. Tired of being in that situation with the provider where you are just a bill we decided to go to Streaming from a Android Mi box and cut the cable down to the very basic(local only). Still can't find the difference in the bill!!! I am going to be changing providers soon. Not going to give half my month's pay to them anymore. Thank you

AT&T is a very dependable provider. Only problem is during peak hours, it slows down. In the early morning hours, it runs fast. During the late afternoon and evening, it slows down traffic. I'm not sure if it's AT&T or their modem/ router that makes it run slow. Some people change their routers and the problem is gone.

I have AT&T/DirecTV and I really like the the TV programing aspect of it although a little pricey but food non the less. As for the AT&T internet, I just haven't been impressed. For the first 6 months the router continuously rebooted at least 15 times while I was home. Six service calls later same problem. Plus some of DirecTV 's programing depends on the internet connection so that did lesson everything overall. I would say that given more time the New AT&T will work out all the combined companies and service's they have but until then, I recommend some other provider or providers because their service is not cheap.

They buried the cable thru neighbors yard and cut his septic line. He cut the cable fixing his line. He refuses to let AT&T bury it so they were suppose to "fly it" but never came back out to do it and neighbors ran over it and cut it again. No internet and still waiting to have it fixed.

Hi, I have U-verse installed for my mom in Topeka KS. I can not believe the price is almost f**r h*****d dollars per month for the triple bundle. Phone, internet, and TV. That is double the agreed amount. Not only that the outages are constant. I can't always log in, and the customer service agents can not communicate properly. We were told to apply for att.com/access for my disabled mom for a discounted and still no response after two weeks. I guess it is legal in Kansas to provide poor service for a high price. It really is not right. I hope a better company steps up soon.

Stuck with subpar internet service and a company with highest ranking stars? Reality is they have the highest ranking stars for worst service ever. They are rude, not helpful and they do not honor their promise of a complete install...still cannot get WiFi in one room of my house. They insist I pay for a second install, seriously! My internet goes in and out with just a windy day...? It's not satellite and its not cable. So how does the weather play into it? They cannot tell me this. They say they will send a technician out, but if the problem is my equipment there will be a fee, OR I can upgrade (again) to a higher cost service to improve my connection. I am on the highest now at 75 mbps?? Run as fast as you can from this business! Don't say I didn't warn you.

The negative is U-verse TV goes out quite frequently. Internet works nicely. The cost is high for U-verse considering the useless channels that are offered. We watch maybe 10 channels out of 200. When thinking internet we all want reliability and affordability. I have tried the different services in the area and reliability of AT&T DSL is five out of five until we get the bill and they have charged a fee for data that makes affordability of the service go out the window. The cable internet is oooohhhh so nice with Comcast .. affordability on the other hand is terrible .. with the Data era among us .. we need unlimited at a flat rate so we can use our desk tops again!! Seems like my phone is all I use anymore and sitting at my desk signed on to anything but my cell phone 4g is the way to go .. truest it's a flat rate . AT&T you get an A for speed but F for price .. Comcast gets AAA for cable internet and high speed but affordability .. D- the area doesn't seem to be price friendly so break the bank or head back to dial up ..

I'm pretty disappointed with AT&T UVerse. Started 3 years ago when they installed it next door in error instead of my house. Charged me to put in my house. Still waiting for my credit. Customer Service lousy. Not to be rude but speaking English would be a good start. Throw away the script and listen to my questions. Service goes in and out, but somehow the monthly bill is always right on time. Over $70 a month for part time Internet is bad enough, but giving them monopoly for mediocre products and services is laughable. AT&T used to be a great company. What happened to you guys?

ATT is the worst provider I have ever experienced. They overcharge every month and their billing is a shell-game juggling act. The online statements do not match the paper statements and the emailed statements. I spend several hours a month on the phone with their agents trying to get the phone bill back down to where it is supposed to be and it is a waste of time. The next month, the game starts all over again and they overcharge, overcharge, and overcharge. They broke their agreement in their contract at the get-go when they quoted me a bundle price and then charged several hundred dollars more. Each month, the same issue over and over - overcharging. I recorded everything conversation on video and took notes and so there is no denying their lies and coverups. I will take it to the Better Business Bereau. Everyone who has been ripped off by them should do the same. It is the worst experience ever.

I think that AT&T has great internet services it's very fast and very reliable the thing is that you must make sure that you keep your payments up to date because they can get very high plus there are a few under-the-table payments that a person pays that you don't even know about until you get your statement but all in all AT&T would be one of my top internet providers I would refer someone to. If you are ever having problems and you need to speak with a technical support service representative then make sure that you speak with one online it's kind of hard to get through the lines by phone to speak with someone the call volume isn't that high but if you have something to do then you might as well hang it up and go somewhere and try to contact a live operator

I have used AT&T U-verse internet service for the past 2 years. I have been very happy with the speed and service they provided. We stream Netflix and my son games online.We have not had an issue with our service keeping up. Their promotional pricing is a good deal and at the end of our promotion I call customer service and they find me another promotion that suites my needs. The only draw back is that the u-verse service is not available everywhere.

At&t sounds great when they try to get you to sign up for their service. Unfortunately, they don't tell you that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They didn't inform me of a lot of the costs and when u called and tried to cancel the movie channels after my "free" trial, they still charged me for three more months for those channels. I am still having issues with my bill. I have requested numerous times to have a paper bill and I still have not received one.

We have the U Verse cable & internet combo & have problems almost daily, sometimes multiple time in a single day. We constantly have to reset our box or call in to have it reset. I should be able to turn on my tv or computer & do what I want with ease. Sometimes, I get so stressed that I just turn it off & find something else to do... sadly I sometimes use my phone to search what I was looking for on the internet. The internet service is reliable and the technical help is good. However, any other issue with ATT such as clearing up a billing or account issue is a huge headache. One has to call them, and it is not clear whether they understand or care about your issue. There is no way to have your complaints or issues written down, and their responses written down to make sure these are well understood. Because of this, I am considering changing providers.

The service is really good. I called for help in renewing my services and the reparative I talked to was very nice and helpful. She even checked to see if there was any discounts she could apply to my services. I haven't had very many enteruptions in my service. But, sometimes there is a lot of lag time for videos and it buffers slot. Overall the service is pretty good.

You will complain for months due to slow internet. You will pay the higher price even though you get the slower speed. They will send out a technician and not listen to what they say about the slow internet. They will have you run the same tests over and over and over, give you new equipment that doesn't work any better than the old equipment. They will keep telling you they understand and still do nothing for you. I am looking for another company to be my internet provider and Cox does nothing but price gouge.

I've been with my provider for over 11 years now and I am always treated politely and swiftly. The speed of my service is not the best and every time it rains my service goes completely out until the lines dry. I think the price is a bit high considering these problems and the fact that basically only one device at a time can connect.

I just hung up with at&t uverse I went through9 people 8 machines one sppanish person and 2 disconnections in 45 minutes. I never got my issue dealt with about either lowering bill or canceling service. Last time i called last week i went through the same thing and they said someone would call me back but never did. I have been with them 22 years. Had the highest speed but it was like dial-up for 2 years and 4 techs. All i want is internet so i can watch netflix. Which also is slow. My fees have went from 20 to 50. For the same sevice. Time for a change.

Att has been our provider for as long as there has been internet now all of a sudden it's no longer available and I'm at their mercy because no one else offers service here!!! Feels like it is 1980 again!!!! They are not willing to do anything to help get internet. Now I have to go to friends house to work!!!

I receive outstanding service from my provider. Whenever I need to contact my provider, I get professional quality support either in person or over the phone and with step by step easy instructions with friendly people. Service is followed up by over the phone support to ensure that the problem has been corrected and always ask if I need additional support. Pricing could be better. I would like to have cheaper monthly bills. Certainly could help out. Overall my family and I are very happy with my service that my provider gives us. Thank you.

AT&T is about the best service in this small little area, however, you cannot choose what you want to choose, ex: I would like to use my computer and tether my internet off my phone, they won't allow that. Makes it hard to do applications from phone. The internet service providers are so expensive here and some hotspots won't work at all. Not much of a choice, then when you find one that will work in this area, the devices are so expensive.i had virgin mobile, unlimited $40 a month, it won't work here. I paid $100 for device, now is worthless, sell it on Amazon for $1.05 no comfort there. The whole state of Kentucky sucks, people, government, etc. Say for Commonwealth, who's they don't care if people starve here, they don't care about animals, people, children or anything except their pockets.

I have been w/ATT for over 40 yrs and it used to be they had the highest quality service and equipment, I can say customer service has a 50/50 % of good and bad some CSA care and some just don't I have been hung up on, and transferred to 4-5 agents at a time to continue passing the issue from Dept to Dept not to mention the "I am your Virtual Voice command how may I direct your call'!!!! Really!!! How about the Internet Service that keeps losing signal and drops off! I have two home with this wireless internet service and both homes have issues constantly the new UVERSE isn't happening! Downright frustrated when my four ATT accounts are being paid on time! But I'm not receiving the outstanding service they promise to provide! No internet for 3 wks and 3tech's down and now they want to schedule a 4th, Communication within ATT IS VERY POOR AND LOW RATED Communication is extremely poor!!!

I have three accounts with AT&T and they have consistently messed up my auto payments. When I dial the number that's on my bill, it takes me to my U-Verse account instead of the account that I'm calling about. There is no way to bypass the U-Verse auto pay function. This last representative gave me another option just now. However, the option she gave me requires me to dial 32 numbers just to get through the system to make a payment. For a communication service, this is unheard of. For a customer, this is totally unacceptable. No other company with stored information makes me go through hoops to pay my bill, just AT&T. I'm now looking for another company to handle my Internet service and drop my U-Verse account since AT&T doesn't seem capable of handling more that one or two phone lines.

I hate AT&T! After lying to me to get me to switch to a more expensive wireless service plan only to be paying more in the same amount I was told I'd be saving! And when I realized it just a couple bills later, I learned I no longer even had access to the bills from my previous plan to compare. Then after over an hour on the phone being transferred to no less than four different people telling me they don't have the authority to put me back on my previous plan that they can no longer even see bills to, because I combined my billing as they also pushed on me with a supposed discount for doing so. AND when I simply needed my internet service transferred to our new home, they essentially put me on house arrest as I just moved and have so very much that must get done, and kept promising today was the day a tech was coming to figure out why I wasn't getting service. Every time I had to call back I had to reexplain what was happening as apparently no one notes the account. It was a week of mind blowing torture on top of moving my whole family by myself. And then they hit me with one time charges and do nothing to save my business when I tell them I'm now in the market for a new provider. They informed me that I'm also shackled to them by an early termination fee of something like $165. I feel utterly violated. I can't wait for an opportunity to leave them!

AT&T sucks. I've without Internet, tv and phone for almost 3 days. Everytime we have a thunderstorm, their system runs and hide. When I call, they claim to compensate me on my bill but end up screwing me again. Would have dumped them awhile back but one's bad as the other. Need a better alternative.

These guys are some of the very worst technical service representatives I've ever dealt with. They are lazy and disinterested in fixing anything that's not simple. I have called over the span of a week and had multiple service calls at my house, but not only is he totally incapable of fixing anything but he doesn't seem interested in trying. "Call my manager," is about the most I get out of him. No ownership. No interest. No competence. I was sold "high speed" internet BY AT&T which the tech says isn't possible at this location. And every attempt to fix this fails. Moreover, my connection drops every night at 1am and until I do a hard reset of the modem, I lose connectivity. I know third world countries with better service -- downtown Kathmandu comes to mind! If I had ANY other option that AT&T for internet, they would NEVER had my business EVER again! TOTAL FAIL!

My service is very reliable. It cost too much the only disadvantage. The speed is good, service and customer service are both good as well. I've had the service for many years I will continue to stay with the service. It's something that I use on a daily basis. I've not had any serious issues, like slowdowns or no service. We have multiple users on the service, with no problems. It was easy to install and very user friendly. The graphics are very good as well. Gaming is good as well, loads fast and works good. There's no other disadvantages with the service other than price

AT&T was real good when we lived in Castaic we had no problems but now that we moved to the other side of town and it cuts out often and we loose phone calls too. But I do like that they told us about possible problems when the hooked us up here and let us know that we had sixty days to change if we weren't satisfided .

Unfortunately I do not recommend AT&T service in my area. I was being charged for speeds that I was not receiving. Twice I had a tech report that he had come to my home to diagnose and had fixed an issue when, in fact, he never showed up. I had taken both days off work and I never left the house so. The customer service were very polite and friendly but issue resolution took way longer than it should have.

I live pretty far out from any urban area. In fact, it's 10 miles in any direction to get to the nearest town from here, and this town doesn't even have a police station it's that small. When I moved here, it was either Windstream or AT&T, so I chose the latter after hearing numerous horror stories about Windstream and their (lack of) internet speed. At first, I didn't have to pay much for DSL but for some reason I had to have 2 passwords for the same site just to get to my billing information which isn't exactly user friendly at all. It's confusing and seemingly pointless. Another issue is that my address is different on the US Postal grid vs. the 911 grid. AT&T uses the grid that no one else uses so they can never find me because my address is a different zip code in a different town. Not to mention, every time I have to call them for something (which has always been because of some issue I've had with them) I get transferred from department to department because apparently different call centers handle different regions and no one knows how to get in contact with someone else from a different region. Then I'll run into situations where they won't bill me one month, then double bill me the next. I have not having something on auto-pay because I'll eventually forget to pay the bill so everything is on auto-pay. When they fail to bill me, it's because of their system failing to bill me. I am not a bank. I am not playing these games with my money every month. I have had this situation 3 times in 4 years. Then, at some point, my bill goes up - which is expected after the first 12 months... but then it goes up again... and then again... and then again... and now it's almost shy of 3 times what it originally costed a month for DSL. Not even cable... DSL. That's ludicrous no matter where you live. So I'm looking at other providers and it seems satellite is about the only other solution but I'm honestly very weary of satellite based internet just because of past experiences with satellite. Inclement weather and there goes the connection. I do web application development for a living and virtually everything in my house runs off internet... internet radio, internet tv (I cut the cord and love it), internet on my computer, internet through my phone, and then uploading to servers on every file save while programming. I can't afford to lose connection when it rains... particularly given the fact that I live in a tropical/rainy part of the country where I could stand to run into this situation all the time.

As a service Uverse really meets my family's needs for high speed internet. We have not experienced any technical difficulties since we switched back in March. We can connect several devices through the wifi and not experience any lag at all. If I can state any complaint, it's only with the billing department. I've had to call them several times about each bill. The main issue seems to be that they made a new account and kept sending my payments to the old account. But, so far each time has been taken care of within a day or two. All things considered, Uverse has been the fastest, best-connecting, best price high speed internet available in my area.

Their second most affordable plan is does not have HD channels. It does not have good channels there's only twenty of the one fifty channels good channels. And my service has dropped for about two-five minutes at a time on four different occasions in the eight months I've had them. The Internet was fast. No complaints there.

AT&T is not the most dependable internet provider. When they set us up on internet they gave us an old power cord for an outdated modem which was supposed to be new. As a new customer they promised us free installation and free moden rental but our first bill did not reflect "free". We have had one problem after the other with them correcting all our issues. And we found out last month we were paying for high speed internet but that our real speed (as found on speed test website) was much much slower. Overall, we have been very disappointed with AT&T Uverse!

Lately,every six months or so they hike the price up three to four dollars. I'm so fed up with it I am finding a new provider.The service has not gone out and is fast enough for me but it is not worth the price hike they have so often.Id rather be without internet than be ripped off by their price hikes.Its robbery and corporate greed at its best.

I signed up for the Uverse TV and Elite internet. Get everything in writing up front. The initial sales person neglected to enter my installation into their system. When I called back, they would not honor the original sales promotion. The internet is mostly good, but at times it can be slow or not available. Over the past year, I had some DVR'd shows that failed to record. I have lost TV service for a few days over the past year.

My internet sucks from the price to the quality. The internet is connected to the phone line. There are phone calls that appear to be on the internet bill. Atat gives us a cheap price, but mysteriously additional charges appear. For one my wife and I don't call internationally and it happens to be international calls. There was a time when my youngest child turned off everything including the internet, computer, light, etc. From that moment and on the internet didn't work. My daughter called the company they told to follow some process and asked her about the lights. She followed through, but the internet go back it was still flickering red lights. The advice us to order or buy a new module. We bought about three different types and none was the "proper one." At this point, they're in summer and I'm planning to cut the internet. Then when they go back to school I get the internet with another company.

I have had AT&T internet for thirteen yrs and had to move it two times. But it was no problem with their customer service's help they made it so easy. This last time I moved is only temporary until I do some remodeling to my new house and then I will have it all hooked back up. In the meantime they have me on a temporary free account. They also seem to be the best bargain for my area also.

AT&T Uverse was a great deal at first. I had a very low and affordable plan.Then it increased with promotions. Then another increase with a promotion for moving up to another plan. Now the it's higher. I only stream my tv because DirecTv was too expensive and moved to a Roku. Now it feels as I AT&T is overcharging me for my streaming needs. They don't have Uverse tv in my area, so I can't do a bundle. I feel like they are ripping me off. When I call, they want to get me another DirecTV contract and I won't bite since I have been down that road before. So, great Internet speeds, but very, very overpriced.

We had promotion so we got a discount. When it ended we decided to go to a&t uverse again and once again had a great promotion. Att Uverse is HORRIBLE!!! I started out with basic cable. Then the price went up, so I called to ask for a lower price. They gave me a promotion which kept my payment the same. However, I didn't know that they changed my package to include more channels. This senerio happened over and over since two thousand and eight. Now, here in two thousand and fifteen, they have elevated me to the highest package with all the movie channels, (which I didn't even know I had) and the price is now over two hundred dollars per month. If I went back to the basic package which I thought I had, It would be more expensive than having all the channels. So, long story short, once they get to the top of their highest priced package by giving you all these promotions, there is no way to get back to an affordable package. Now, I'm looking for a new internet and TV package. ATT? A JOKE!

I purchased the AT&T Gateway modem with a 12 month warranty. In month 13, I lost connection. Service personnel said the modem was broken and installed a new one. I asked if there would be a difference in my monthly bill and he said no. He took MY modem and left. Next bill showed a monthly lease for a modem. Called AT&T and they said their NEW policy was not sale modems but lease them. I said fine I wanted mine back since no real diagnostics were performed on it. They said, "sorry, we refurbish the old modems and either lease them or sale them somewhere else. So, They stole my piece of equipment, sold or leased it to another person. They are a monopoly and act accordingly.

We live on the outskirts of town and even though we pay for a faster speed, we never get more than half of that. I could deal with that if it didn't drop during peak usage times. We don't get any type of break for having the lower speed, so we should not have to pay the same amount as those who get the lightning fast capabilities. Sadly, this is our only option at this time.

AT&T usually has great customer service. I have not been disappointed in that aspect. Pricing and speed are a different story. The internet speed is okay, most of the time. I don't think it is worth the price though, especially if you are not bundling. I stream videos, I would say, an average amount. A good bit (not all) of the time, the videos I'm streaming will stall and/or take a long time to load at times. Very annoying, especially since I don't have many devices connect to the internet all at once. I have the mid line internet that should be more than enough for my needs.

Unfortunately for my household, AT&T is the only game in town for ISPs, the alternative being satellite internet. I say unfortunately because in two years, it's been nothing but service outages, speeds far below that advertised or paid for, and less than stellar customer service. For example, I kept track of the number of times and lengths of wireless and complete (meaning internet and television) service for a month. In just one month, service went out eight times, sometimes for as short as five minutes but often longer than thirty. The customer service solution was to send out replacement equipment; this is the third time it's been replaced in two years. I'm happy for some support, but a thorough check and diagnosis of the cause of the problem would be what's really needed. I would not recommend it to anyone in my area, but the only other choice would be dial-up for a wired connection!

I have been paying for six MB service for over a year and only getting two MB download speeds. I have put in multiple service calls to AT&T only to find out that they have oversold the region. They have too many subscribers and refuse to put money into upgrading the infrastructure to support their customers. My neighborhood node is maxed out from almost all day and night. Up until this month we have been satisfied with this ISP. I have even recommended them to others. NO MORE Have been on phone and internet for over two hours--was never allowed to talk with a supervisor -- all were kind and tried to be helpful with varying degrees of hard to understand accents--not their fault (also obvious scripts followed) billing problem never resolved, internet site unhelpful, call forwarded to answering machines three times and last time given a number to call that was another machine with no appropriate options

I have DSL service with AT&T for 15 years. Most of the time, I have had acceptable high speed internet. I cannot get UVERSE here in my home because Verizon owns the wires and because I insist on having service with AT&T, the wires are leased to AT&T whom leases to me. I have had my share of issues with speed. I do understand the limitations of this DSL line. I had a bad experience with Verizon a number of years back and that is why I do not use their service. I am becoming dissatisfied with my dsl now. There is some kind of problem between my computer and their connection before it comes into my home. I am getting very tired of having to call in and reporting a problem. If only the connection would remain at the speed as promised, then all would be well. I keep having a DNS error probe in the connection and also I am not pingable. I have several email accounts with AT&T and this becomes a big hassle when trying to change internet providers. My account is a special account with AT&T as most of the tenants in the whole community are using Verizon. I am not sure AT&T wants to keep my business. I wished we could work it out but, I am paying too much for what I am getting.

I have been disappointed with AT&T UVERSE Internet from the very first day and every other day for over ten months. Their customer service is horrific, their connection is constantly stopping and they send false "Infringement Reports" to my email on a monthly bases. I have tried to cancel with them and it's a run-a-round every time. They overpromise and under deliver. If I had to choose between AT&T and no Internet, I would choose no INTERNET. Which is crazy right? Who doesn't want Internet? Another comment, they LIE. They tell you they will offer you a deal, then don't let you know your contract will change and you are stuck with them for higher fees. AT&T is a One Hundred and Twenty Eight Billion Dollar industry a year, but offers ZERO dollars in service and customer care.

While it does provide good internet, sometimes internet will slow down at odd times (such as either one in the morning or one in the afternoon) or our TV will suddenly stop working. When it does work, however, the service is quick and efficient and my siblings and I are able to complete our assignments with few interruptions or lengthy loading time. The customer service is good and when needed, a man will come diagnose or fix our box promptly. Also, for the amount of devices and information that need to be used because of school needs, we receive a very fair price. Overall, AT&T is a great provider.

AT&T U-Verse package certainly has it's perks but the customer service from AT&T is very hit and miss. You expect better service to someone who's family has been customers for quite some time. The internet speed is good but the misleading information on fiber optic super fast internet was frustrating. A lot of hype for service that's just decent. The pricing was nice primarily because of the credit from a promotional deal to our account for signing up to U-Verse. Aside from that, the pricing is also simply decent.

I am looking for a better service provider. AT&T has difficulty keeping things fixed. When I call I am always told there is trouble on the line someone finds when resting it and makes attempt to repair. In less than a month, the issue comes back and another phone call is needed. They should have this stuff automated and know when there are issues to fix. Their customer service line is so automated, however, you will need to answer a dozen questions to get to a human, when half the time I need to transferred and the call breaks. It's too often that I need to call them. Mt website host even ran a trace route to see why I kept getting time outs and discovered AT&T was the issue. It is not great for business or home use. Good luck even trying to watch Netflix. It is an endless "network error" experience.

The speed is perfectly adequate as I am able to simultaneously stream video on my chromecast or apple tv and still work on my home computer or screw around on my tablet. The price is very reasonable, but I had to bundle internet with a land line in order to get my monthly rate for an entire year. My main complaint at this point would be that the wifi will go out for a minute or so every once in a while, which can be quite an annoyance. All in all a good service, but not withouts it's issues.

I like the service of AT&T for the most part I recommend their service to all my friends and family. I usually have to renegotiate my bill every year, as the charges automatically increase. I begin by comparing prices from other companies. When I get set on a plan change and am ready to implement that change, I'll call AT&T to cancel service and they are willing to help my budget needs. AT&T's Uverse service is reasonably fast, but tends to drop out especially if the line quality is poor. Their residential modem is irritating to use, lacking settings for many basic configurations including DNS and DHCP. If the line quality is poor, the modem will interrupt your browsing session repeatedly, typically requiring a browser restart to fix.

This is my first time with u-verse and i have to say I am pleased. I moved from the Cary/Morrisville area and at the time had Time Warner. All they had to do was transfer my service but AT&T come out and did a full install before time warner could transfer services so i canceled my old service. My AT&T internet has been amazing! I am a gamer and experience no slow down when my girlfriend is watching netflix or playing on another console in the house. Moderately priced in my opinion with quality service. Have already recommended to some friends of mine in the area.

I've had several internet providers over the year, and I am pretty satisfied with the service. I would obviously always want an internet that is even faster and while I do believe such a service is possible, this current one is still satisfactory. I am able to have as many as ten tabs loading at once without the browser crashing, which is useful and convenient. This internet disconnects rather rarely and when it does it does not stay that way for a very long time. Overall, I am satisfied with AT&T Uverse, but am interested in a provider with faster speed.

ATT Uverse Internet has awful speeds and awful pricing. Not to mention I was told that there would be faster internet options for better pricing available back in January of 2013. The only positive point of this internet service at all is that there is very little downtime, though I suspect there has been a lot of throttling on my internet, as streaming is slower than it should be. Customer service is also bad, as I have been tossed around from agent to agent to solve any simple issue, and the people over chat online have not been able to solve a problem once.

I absolutely love my service from with AT&T, however their customer service is a bit lacking. When I initially upgraded to Uverse from DSL it took a month and a half until I actually had service. Every time I called customer service (which was about twice per week) I was told someone would come to install within a few days. At the end of it, I was happy for the service I finally received but am detested at the lack of honest and speedy service. Overall I can say nothing but great things about my service. It does the job and exceeds my expectations.

I have had At&t for about two years now, I have nothing good to say about their service. The price was always increasing without any warning, also after carefully looking at the bill their were a lot of hidden charges for absolutely no reason. The service was so slow we had to replace the modem three times playing PlayStation was a nightmare, the final straw was when switched to directv but kept At&T internet ot could support the cable I we had the premium package. At&T over charges and is slow I advise don't use them

We got ATT after having Cable Internet that kept going up in price. For the price that if went up to you would expect to have excellent service, but as for that cable company it was not true. It could take days to get a appt, and sometimes they would be so later for it. I have not had any problems as of yet. There have not been any problems with the service except the speed is slow and with families now having so many connected devices (laptops, iPads, smartphones), the price for decent internet speed is high. In addition, the wireless router is weak and many parts of the home do not receive good signal, especially with smartphones.

In the area which I reside the serviceis slow, laggy, and very fustrating. A good example would be, sitting down to relaxand play a game such as hayday and having to consently reload ur game or wait until the lag stops to continue an order or plant crops. We have had U-verse high speed internet in our home for over a year. Very often my grandchildren visit us with their numerous electronic devices (cell phones, iPads, computers) all connecting to the Internet through our wireless service. My husband and I also have computers connected and online as well. To date we have always enjoyed speedy service with minimal problems. The times that we have had an outage, we were up and going in just a matter of minutes. Just recently my sister-in-law had lightening strike her router. In one day, she had a new router and was online again. I highly recommend U-verse high speed internet!

Just switched...process was fairly long setting up, but could be partially with the way my house is wired. It's been alright so far, but a little slower...not too much though. Serviceman was nice, patient and helpful, but their price is without a modem which they don't charge if you have your own...I had my own, just wasn't compatible with their service...so build in a few more dollars a month. That's the rub...the price advertised is never what you get, plus higher price combined with 'rebates' make it a bit of a pain to get the money back.

It was always cutting out, and always during peak viewing times, but NOT uverse. The only issue I had was that I had to wait weeks to begin service. That's a long time without the Internet since I am self employed.

I've found that AT&T high speed internet has the best customer service and the best quality internet available in my area. Before I switched, I was with Charter and I literally could not even use it. My internet never worked. They sent out technicians who told me it must be a problem with my computer. I spent endless hours reformatting my computer and looking for problems I could fix to get internet to work. With AT&T, I got service right off the bat. Not only that, but the technician who installed my internet gave me his personal cell phone number and when I needed help (which was only once) he picked up and helped me right away. My only complaint about AT&T is that they offered to waive a bunch of fees when I signed up for their service and then when I got my bill those fees were on there. It was quite a bit beyond what I'd been quoted. I was a little unhappy that they tried to "get one by me" but I can say that when I called about the matter, they were apologetic and removed the fee without any trouble. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my service and the company in general.

At first I had a lot of trouble with this company. I got talked into a much more expensive and troublesome plan(wifi) and almost had to pay a huge sum to fix their problems. I got a full credit and my bill is manageable again. Now everything runs smooth and I love the speed of my internet. I home school so the wifi is excellent for research etc.

I have a U-verse upgraded plan and should be getting quite high speed, but when I monitor it I consistently get far less than I am rated for. I call roughly twice a year and wait for upwards of half an hour, only to be passed around before anyone can address my problem. The whole process takes over an hour of my time. They tweak something and all is good for another few months, then the slow speeds start again. I have put off changing because I do not want a new contract. We will be moving in the next year and I will certainly not choose U-verse again. At least not in the Houston area, other cities may be fine.

AT&T U Verse service is fairly reliable and very good for the price. A few days ago I experienced a problem with the service and it was back up the next day. It was very usual, I have never had this problem before. Both the TV and internet service kept going down and then it came back. This went on all night, the next day the problem had been fixed. Therefore, I would say that AT&T U Verse TV and internet service is very good and reliable. If you ever have a problem, they will fix it fast.

The AT&T u verse service is great, I've had this service for a while now and never had any problems with it. The speed is pretty good and the service has never gone down. I would definitely recommend AT&T U Verse to anyone!

i have the slow speed so i get the better price, but the 'promo' was not put on my bill in a timely manner. i had to call every month for 6 months to get it corrected, they even billed me for uverse which is not even in this area. i had problems with the service for 3 months, they tried to fix it over the phone and chat. eventually the repairman came to the house and replaced the modem. he was very nice. they were all nice, it was just a waste of 6 hours of my time calling to correct the billing. i have to call back in 2 weeks to get another promo, hope it goes on the bill correct this time. they were all very polite, i only got one rude person the whole time i have been with att since 1979. i wish the promos would last longer than a year and get on the bill correctly

I like Uverse. They are quick to fix and answer questions. I do question the pricing. I just don't feel it should be that high. Also, we pay for super fast internet and I don't see any change then when we did not have the super fast price.

While we aren't exactly thrilled with our AT&T service, we've had worse and there really aren't many other options available to us in our area. Overall I would have to say the service is good as long as it doesn't go down. In that case it's pretty much the luck of the draw on whether you will get someone willing to help. Much, much to expensive for what you get.

At&t does not have consistent, reliable service on mobile devices in the North Myrtle Beach area along the waterway. Service is spotty, particularly when cloudy and/or at night. Mobile data prices are very high and because of the service being so unreliable, data tends to get used up ridiculously fast!

If I have any sorts of technical issues with details about the router they usually try to push me to managed services to squeeze a couple of bucks out of me when they should fix the issue

AT&T Uverse has an excellent amount of high quality channels. They have a lot of free shows and movie in their OnDemand section, which I love. I like the fact that I can bundle my cable, internet and phone service together; it's very convenient for my family. I think the cost of the services is a little high, but overall the service is quite good and worth the extra cost.

Uverse internet is fairly dependable, have not had many problems with it but upload and download speeds are significantly different from what is advertised. In itself it's not a big deal as I don't upload huge files but I want what I pay for. Would I sign with them again? Maybe, maybe not if I could get a better deal else where. My contract is up in a couple of months so will start looking around to see who has the best deal.

I couldn't be any happier with a different carrier. AT&T has been my phone company for years so when I bought a computer, I naturally looked at AT&T for my internet provider. I've had it now for 2 or 3 years and have never had one single problem, other than the fact that I'm living on a small disability check each month so when their prices go up, I'm threatened with the thought of not being able to afford internet service anymore. Each time I've spoken to an associate about this, they've been extremely helpful, professional and more than willing to give me a special rate to keep me as a customer. I highly recommend AT&T. Totally pleased with them.

380 Communications is the only local ISP available where I live. That said, the service is the best I've had of any place I've lived. Given the constraints that rural internet providers must contend with, I feel that everything with my service is fair and extremely reliable. Any problems I've had have been dealt with with speed and skill.

I'm overall satisfied with at&t uverse. Being able to move my box to another room without having to add new cables will be a plus if we ever need to. We enjoy the amount of movies we are able to record and save. The only issue is that we thought the overall cost was going to be cheaper than our previous provider and it turned out not being that and the initial set took a long time because it was new to our street and they had to run a cable the blocks long.

I love out AT&T internet. Sure it may go down every once in a while but their customer service has been wonderful. They will spend as long as it takes to get you back online. (We don't go down that often). I have enjoyed their service much better than Comcast. With 2 teenage boys in the house, we always have several devices running internet at the same time and still retain fast speeds. I highly recommend AT&T for internet.

AT&T has been WAY better in quality and customer service than I ever had with Time Warner. With TW my modem was constantly going down and I work online so I HAVE to have reliable internet service. The four years I've had AT&T broadband I have had only ONE issue with connection, which one call to them solved it in less than 30 minutes. I am VERY happy with AT&T and will stay with them for the long haul.

Speed of the internet is great. The price to acquire this service can be a little on the high side. As a whole new customers are valued more as shown by the price discounts they are eligible for as compared to loyal customers. Customer service has always done a great job to clarify any issues I have run into thus far. The most common issue is raising my bill often with no warning or reason as to why.

we live outside the city but right down the street from us our neighbors have comcast and super fast speed. we have the SLOWEST internet ever. its almost as slow as dial up, as a matter fact my son named it " dial up" as a joke. My son was disabled a few months after we moved out here and has been in a wheelchair due to brain cancer so the internet is all he has and is taking college courses online but he is SO frustrated with the speed that he wants to QUIT :(

Absolutely fantastic for the price. We have everything connected to our AT&T Uverse Internet and it works great! I always recommend AT&T. We have laptops, smart phones, tablets and gaming consoles connected to the internet at all times. Never disconnects or freezes. Speed is more than what we expected. We also have guests come over often and are automatically connected to our Uverse. No issues at all with connection or speed , ever! When we first connected Uverse we had some issues with the box. AT&T came back and corrected the issue immediately and there was no problem after that. Customer service is also fantastic. Great at assisting and fixing any issues that arise. Price we pay is well worth it! I definitely recommend AT&T to anyone looking to get internet or to change companies. A+++

I have been using AT&T U Verse for a while now. The service is great, I have never had any problems with my service at all. It's also very fast as well. I have a Lenovo laptop with 6 GB's of ram in it, it can be upgraded to 16GB's. I plan on doing that when I have the money to buy the laptop memory. I love it. They have the cheapest prices for the providers allowed in my community. I am paying less for my internet(higher speed) and cable then I was with just internet on another provider. The person who hooked it up was very curtious and friendly. He gave me his cell phone number and said if I had any questions, needed help or wanted to upgrade my service to give him a call. He said he'd be more then willing to assist and has shown so. The service has far exceeded my expectation. The internet speed is right at or better then promised.

I have had their internet for a while. Jumped for it when I found out they first released it in my town. Hooked right up. A few hickups here and there but reliable internet. Their service tends to not work well with youtube as I can tell. I currently have their 12mb upgraded from 6mb. They have great deals. Upload is very poor for the download speed.

In the beginning they were great. Then they put in a new Quick Trip about 3 blocks down the road. All of the sudden the internet, cable and phone would not stay up during peak times of the day. It took them 3 months to figure it out. They would come out, fix it at the house, they tell us to call if we had more problems. When we had more problems, they would come out, fix it at the house then tell us to call. It took about 4 or 5 guys to finally figure out that it wasn't at our home, at all. It was on the hub that they put the QT on. They had to switch us off that hub and it has been perfect ever since.

I've had problems with my internet going out and have to check my connection or reboot the system at least 2 to 3 times a week. The speed is not great had them test it but at the price I pay I don't expect a great speed. In order to get a great speed I would have to upgrade my internet services, that's just a little to steep for me so I just keep what I have. I have the DSL service so I thought at least the speed would be better than what I get. If things don’t change soon I will have to find another service provider.
