Phone and Internet service has been out for two and a half weeks. Customer service is terrible. Have had to place numerous calls. They say send us a help ticket but that is kind of hard when you live in an area with little to no cell service and have to rely on wifi. Ironic right? Have been waiting on a tech for over a week. Price is way too high for a non-existent or unstable service. I would not recommend Frontier to anyone for anything.Was this review helpful? 11 0

I left another provider to get better service with fiber, but I have yet to see the difference. Not to mention the service is out a lot and when it comes back up loses my local channels because it's pulling from another area. No one has ever figured it out either. Years of repeated failures followed by a week or more for service tech to show up. All other providers are up after our hurricane passed through So Cal. Two days later Frontier is trying to figure out our lack of connectivity. Building a nice bill using my phone data.Was this review helpful? 1 0

This company is the worst! My Internet has been down 2 weeks now had an appointment on 8-16-23 They were no call , no show.i kept calling and the next day still no satisfaction! Cost has trisspled since sign-up while speed gas stayed slow -last 6 wks has dropped by .40-.50 mbps at same time cost increased additional $10/mo. Speed now too slow to stream some platforms. Disconnects on some incoming calls -becoming not worth having.Was this review helpful? 1 0

Customer service is atrocious. Also, while we only had DSL, the service was spotty and would drop constantly. When we called to have it restored, they would say we did not have internet only voice. When we cancelled our service, they asked if we also wanted to cancel our voice service. So obviously we did have internet service. After dealing with this for years, I prefer to use my phone.
