Worse customer service I have ever encountered. It has taken me four calls to hopefully cancel my service. Each representative gives me a different story about cancelling the service. I will never deal with Spectrum again and tell everybody I know the bogus way they operate.

I switched to AT&T several years ago, had premium channels , land line and internet with no problems . Since switching to basic cable and keeping my landline and internet service this last two years has been HORRIBLE!! Cable and internet goes out All the time. With that being said I came home from work today and had a good size tree limb fall and hit the cable line, however it did not snap the line from the telephone pole so I still have service. I have the telephone box swinging from my house and the cable lines laying in my backyard and across the sidewalk and blocking the entrance into my detached garage. I immediately called the customer service number and spoke to a customer service rep named Amanda who made it very clear to me that the issue could not be taken care of until the next following evening or possibly the day after that. I understand this since we have had high winds today. I also explained that the AT&T line was now laying on the electric line and weighing it down. It now is a concern to me with the high winds , but it wasn’t a concern to them! And Amanda made that clear also. So now I get to leave work early tomorrow because someone must be here when they come to repaire the outside lines. Why must I be here ??? So they can check the wiring inside? And then charge me $99.00 Because they have to come inside my home ?? Nope ! Thanks AT&T.... I’m switching to another provider. Very unprofessional.... Amanda ... a word to the wise when working in customer service, a lot has to do with your delivery of getting your point across. Sincerely, A very unsatisfied customer

We have fairly decent internet service. It go out occasionally but is usually up and running in no time. I have had my service for over 15 years.
