Omaha Residential Internet Coverage

The expansive Midwestern city of Omaha is one of the most established in Nebraska, which is why its residents and businesses enjoy a wide selection of internet service providers.

Fiber internet currently reaches a handful of Omaha neighborhoods through Centurylink Prism. Included neighborhoods are Irvington, Maplewood, Millard, and Green Meadows. The CenturyLink DSL network is significantly larger, bringing coverage to all of Omaha's neighborhoods.

Cable provider Charter has a small network in southern Omaha. It serves neighborhoods like Millard, Warwick, Harrison Street, and Grover Street.

Northern Omaha falls into the service area of American Broadband Communications, which brings coverage to areas like Beechwood, Briggs, Irvington, and Green Meadows.

Cogent Communication's network reaches the southern half of the East Omaha neighborhood.

Though not as large as the _big boys_, internet Nebraska Corporation is well-established in this area, offering service to the entirety of Omaha.

Technician was absolutely amazing, very professional, nice personality. It was quite the messy because lot of phone wiring was wrong. Due to his vast experience and patience you couldn't have a more outstanding individual. He was very personable. Thank you for having such an outstanding employee.

So bad that I didn't even get to experience the internet. Set up an installation date. They did prelim work by running the cable to the back of the house and putting a box on. Then on the day of installation, I get a phone call saying they can't install because they didn't have access prior to the install. So, that's a lie. I've been on the phone for 3.5 hours to tell them to forget the installation. I am still on the line as I type this. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Cox no longer manages their email. They dumped us into Yahoo and there is NO actual assistance if you have issues. I used to be tech support but even I can't get it to work and can't get any help from Yahoo unless I PAY them.
