Truly a service that the 1 star was made for. For the low low cost of screwing you out of your money, you get a service that barely works half the time, and straight up doesn't work the other half. Got an important Zoom meeting? Well too bad, the service goes down for maintenance three evenings out of the week and when you call, they don't do anything about it.

The internet was good and fast. No much outage but three were few. Some days midnight wifi would restart and my cox device is in my closet and it won’t work in my kitchen in the same floor and i live in 1 bd apartment. I was trying to cancel the service and it’s taking forever for them to reply in chat. I called them and told to cancel and I was chatting online and it’s taking time and the guy disconnected the call without any warning. Customer service sucks internet speed is good.

It's 2025 and Cox plans give less data than 10 years ago. Anyone who streams movies or plays video games will hit the caps in short order. The only reason they get away with it is because they have a monopoly on specific areas. Nobody decides to go with Cox if they have any other option.

Cox has got to be by far the worst Internet provider that I’ve ever dealt with in the past 11 days six of those days there have been outages all day. The past three Sundays we’ve had no Internet.. be warned do not sign up for Internet with Cox Comm communications you’ll be sorry. The worst Internet provider by far.

I found Cox Cable's Customer Service to be very caring and they really do want to help resolve your issue. However, I was totally "blown away" with the tech, whose name is Josh that came to work on getting my modem hooked up so I could work from home. He was AMAZING!! His professionalism, manner and most importantly, his knowledge of what to do to get me "up and running" was beyond my expectation. This is what great customer service is all about and Josh delivered it "to the max" for me this afternoon! Thank you, Josh for your incredibly professional work in getting me the speed I needed! You are truly and asset to Cox Cable here in Las Vegas, Nevada!

Too many outages! One was over 24 hours. Any strong thunderstorm would cause outages. Price was comparible to other providers.
