Had high hopes for this company when they took over CenturyLink. That quickly died when i had an issue with ports being locked on my modem. I called brightspeed multiple times about issue just to he told their was nothing that could be done on their end when the issue was only found to be there when using their routers (yes i have two). I was hung up on multiple times after being left on hold for over 20 mins and even though they ask for a call back number, they never call back. After i called back i voiced my frustrations and pleaded with the technician to call me back in the event that the call was ended and they still never did. My issue as of 3/26/23 is still not resolved and i dont have faith it will be. Im currently seeking other internet services.
