In 2025 and 2024, Google Fiber also took the crown as HSI’s Best Overall ISP, based on customer feedback in tandem with speed and pricing data. The key ingredients? Quality customer interactions
We based our customer service methodology entirely on customer feedback that we collected in our survey of more than 10,000 respondents, but we still like to dig into the details to see what the best ISPs are doing to receive such excellent feedback. With Google Fiber, the advantages were obvious.
Google Fiber customers don’t waste time waiting on the phone, are not bounced around between agents, and aren’t left to the mercy of chatbots and automated answering services.
