I am constantly being disconnected from my network. Not once but several times a day. I called to inquire and was informed that I needed to upgrade …. Which I did. It seems the problem has only become worse. The rates keep going up and the service goes down. Perhaps I should change my name and become a “new” customer!!! I’d get much better deals for my money and I’m sure much better customer service …. For a while anyway!!! I check all the time to see if a new provider has reached my are yet. No luck yet but I will keep trying. Optimum should be ashamed of themselves!!! So disgusted!!!
