Centurylink blatantly misleads customers into believing they are getting the fastest speed for their money and then they only deliver the bare minimum. When you call and talk to technical department they then tell you the speed you are getting is the fastest available in your area! When you say you want to disconnect your service, Centurylink then promises to upgrade your speed at a higher cost! Centurylink CEO, Mr Post must be proud! The CEO knows what his company is doing!
