Cable:

Cable provides internet speeds faster than DSL through the same cables used for cable TV.

They are unwilling to fix mistakes that they make, refuse to take responsibility for their costly mistakes and I end up paying for it with cash money. Even when there’s supporting evidence that they caused the error., they still refuse to take responsibility. That’s just the customer service side of things. They lied to me many times as well in an effort to pacify me and calm me down because they made me irate with their bs. Then there’s the connectivity issues. I get kicked off randomly at least once a week at a random time of the day, and that also was supposed to be fixed by replacing the router which we did, we are still having connectivity is with the new router. They are also a monopoly on the cable internet in central Maine if you want high speed access like this you need to be connected to spectrum. They are like an abusive spouse who knows you have nowhere else to go and so they just continue to abuse you.
