My previous provider costs me $360/month. I looked into other providers that didn't work for various reasons. My GoNetspeed representative is Olivia M., from the area in Vernon, CT. Olivia provided service that exceeded expectations! Olivia explained the service, the cost, and actually returned to assure that everything was up and running efficiently. I was a VERY satisfied customer! Hopefully, someone can reach out to Olivia's department and share this with management. THAT service alone was better than my previous provider. My only concern is that I.cannot record my favorite programs such as "The View". The connection is great. The clarity is excellent. The cost is affordable. I have NO complaints. Thank you GoNetspeed.

100% uptime since installed. Never had to reboot or power cycle. Rock solid performance. I have over 20 devices on my home network

come quick but favorite answer is you are at the end of the line so it is the slowest speed, nothing we can do. Can stream one thing, such as netflix, sometimes, on only 1 tv, with slow uploads and stops to upload more and they will not do anything more to increase out speed. It stinks do not get is you live out of town very far.

I called for an internet issue late Saturday afternoon. I put in a ticket and called customer service to see if there was support on the weekend. Customer service was very helpful and agreed a technician was needed. In less than 45 min I had a call back and a very knowledgeable technician Ryan identified the issue and fixed it. I was back up and running in no time flat. Customer service like this is unheard of these days. I have had the service a few years now and I have only contacted customer service twice both occasions were top notch. Thank you so much to Ryan and the rest of the team.

After dealing with Optimum for years and back and forth with their support regarding issue after issue with my network I took the jump to GoNetspeed. Everything has been running fine after signing up for a year. I see negative posts and clearly these people don't understand how fiber optic works and the issues with bad weather, cold weather. I haven't had a bill increase yet and will continue enjoying my service with GoNetSpeed. I had Frontier knock on my door offering 2 Gigabit Fiber for the same price as my 1 Gigabit speed with GoNetspeed. I told the reps that I am keeping my current service as I've had no issues with them.

It has been really reliable so far. I'm currently using the 1 Gb symmetrical fiber package for about $90 a month and highly recommend it if it's in your area. You can't go wrong with fiber when it comes to streaming or gaming.

For the last two weeks (no rain) our service has been out. Let’s not talk about service when it rains. There is no television or phone service. Football is coming and this better not happen during my games!!!

Very fast internet, punctual and limited install invasion. Had fiber in a previous state from Verizon, this mirrors their coverage. Would 100% recommend switching if your on any provider using cable to send signal. Fiber is 100% the way to go. I have had them for one year and had no issues. Small con, billing is a bit weird. But not unexpected. Price is what they say it is no hidden bs.
