I have been charged for internet I signed up for 3 weeks before it was actually hooked up. 87.00 for 1/2 a day. I was also charged for 3 lines of mobile service. I couldn't connect those until I had wifi. So, again, 3 weeks. At least for 2 lines. The 3rd required a different phone. It was supposed to be free, but that one never shipped. So they changed it to a different free phone. Not free. I canceled everything over a month ago, but they are still charging me for all of it. In addition to that, they are charging me more than the agreement I originally made with them. I have spent hours texting with them to resolve this in addition to the hours I spent trying to get everything working. Speaking to a person on the phone is impossible. I'm still waiting for a 3 way call with internet and mobile. That was supposed to happen within 15 minutes at 8:42 pm tonight. It's now after 10 pm. I feel robbed by this company, I would not recommend xfinity at all. I also forgot to mention the outage for the mobile service just after I finally got 2 of 3 phones connected. There's more, but isn't this enough?
