Worst company I ever dealt with. Paid to receive 30 gbs. When the permanent line was installed the speed dropped to 2gbs. On the phone for hours trying to get someone out to check the install. No one came. Canceled service but these idiots should be held accountable for not providing the service the claim. I used the Centurylink speed test to assess the internet speed. I would not use this company again.
