Every since we've had viasat internet, we haven't gotten to use it because it buffers so badly. Now it's been suspended for nonpayment. We just got it like 2-3 weeks ago, how do we have a bill? It's probably for the best because we didn't really get what we wanted out of the service. We got qualified for the cable, but no one ever showed up to install it. And we can't keep the internet connection going to our devices. I'm so very disappointed.

Take hours on hold to talk to live agent for at least 30 min for them to tell you to call diff department and start all over
