Every morning I use my hot spot for my internet for my Lap top. It is really slow until I do the speed test. Once I do the test I magically get faster speeds. It is like they slow you down until you test them. Ever since I complained to them this is how it works for me Verizon SUCKS!

I never get the internet speed I am paying for. They are charging me $79.99 for supposingly a 300 mbps, but I am getting less than 100 mbps. They send technicians to check connections, but they all said I need to rent their router which is extra $5 per month to fix the speed issue. I have their modem but my own router (Netgear AC1000)
