Way too many outages that last too long, both planned and unplanned. And their planned outages are usually scheduled for midnight, which is too early for me and many others. 2am to 4am would be more reasonable for most people, though personally I'm often still busy online during that period.

I paid $200 dollars for 550Mbps and I got half that and below 3 upload speed, the speed isn't the only bad part the packet loss in watching a video, even playing video games I got a horrible experience, like how hard can it really be to just route me to the to the best server connection things like gearup booster, or exitlag can't save it at all, sad use of money and resources.

Only had wifi for two weeks than the bill was due and that’s not what was told me over the phone by spectrum agent I was told I had four weeks to see if I like the service or not. Wifi box stop working a day after paying my bill.

Spectrum's prices are extremely expensive. The way they package their channels, they make sure you need to purchase every tier, get get decent channels. They also do not prorate your final bill, so you are going to need to pay for service you won't use.

it’s not often you get to write a good review about Spectrum. But I absolutely have to complement Zach a field rep who came out and rewired the poor work a prior Spectrum rep had done. Zach worked for 2 1/2 hours, did an amazing job and his personality was superlative. He was happy and helpful. What a pleasure it was to deal with him.

While I'm not impressed with the continued pricing increase. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the visit from technician that was sent out to check our connection. We lost internet service 4 days ago due to severe weather. AJ was schedule to be here between 8am - 9am. He arrived at 8am , he checked the main line replaced wiring and fittings that were worn then did the same with the connection at the house. Once inside to check equipment he was able to reconnect us to our service. AJ has great customer service. Personality and work ethics. Thank you AJ for your work and great customer service

Price continually creeps up. Am now paying nearly $125.00/mo. for internet and landline bundle. Service not consistent. One technician arrived to find that the previous technician had wrong wiring hookup. I am totally dissatisfied with Spectrum and am seriously considering switching to Brightspeed.
