My cable bill is now $280.00 per month and my second home is $250.00 per month and will go up after promotions. Almost $500.00 per month for cable. Time to look around

The worst service I have ever experienced. We constantly lose internet service causing expenses on our part to continue working from. Avoid this service.

It is out more than it’s on have 1 g service but only get on a good day half but pay for full phone is in lte mode all the time this company is out for the profit not the service to customers

Before you get Spectrum Internet, don’t. You don’t get near the internet speed you’re suppose to get. I pay for 1 gig and I get around 100 mbps. Then when you call them, they give you their excuses instead of help you. It’s crazy how they can scam people by not providing the service you pay for.

Called for help with problem. Call excellent help. However when I talked to sales to ask about bill different story. Big sales pitch. I told him and over and over I was not interested. He wouldn’t let it go and answer questions about my bill. I finally just hung up on him. Disgusting!

I got them on a promotion started out less than 50 bucks then within 2 years I'm at a $108 and they tell me I had a promotion for $8 and that's why my bill is only $100 a month for basic internet not good internet not great internet basic on top of it it glitches every now and then and it's not the greatest I called and tried to talk to them and they just keep putting me into other promotions and trying to do this and that and it's just not worth it they don't even tell you when they're increasing the rate they just do it
