I ended service to Spectrum on April 6th 2023. On April 20th 2023 I was charged another $202.00 for service that I no longer had. I contacted the company and was told that they do not pro rate billing, but this is a charge for something I did not receive. they were adamant that I would not get a refund. We have electronic payments enabled and our bank will require that we pay a $31 fee to stop any future charges. My wife and I are senior citizens and on a fixed income. In my mind I believe Spectrum is committing fraud for charging for service they did not deliver. When speaking to the representative, he would only give a first name. It was Michael. We are now transitioning to to retirement and it has become obvious that the elderly are targets for many companies.
