When calling to change my number I was told I was due for an upgrade. I obliged. I was sent a different phone than what I agreed to upgrade to. So that order was cancelled and I called back to order the phone I was originally supposed to be upgrading to in the first place and it ended up being 20 dollars more. Whatever, I wanted the upgrade at this point. Now this time the phone was sent to an address I did not give an hour and a half a way from me. At this point I am beyond annoyed and wish I was never even told about the upgrade. I called to let them know. I was told they would put a 15 dollar credit on my account for the inconvenience which to me is nothing for all of this. & then at the end of the call was offered a promotion to order ANOTHER phone. Like you have got to be kidding me?! I didn’t even receive the phone I’m supposed to be upgrading to in the first place from 2 weeks ago. Just terrible.
